We partner with clients from the beginning of their custom home project. We can refer you to one of our partner architects, help you imagine the right design for your home based on your lot, and advise you as you design your new home using our more than two decades of experience. Once you have a design, we will provide you a comprehensive bid. We pride ourselves in showing you transparent bids and building realistic budgets. While our competitors are happy to give you a price that you want to hear and then bill you extras, we are committed to minimizing surprises in your project. This is why we have repeat clients.
Remodeling
Found a home in the perfect location, but it’s outdated? With our network of designers and craftspeople, we can help you make it your dream home. Love your neighborhood but have outgrown your house? Maybe an addition will make you fall in love with your house again. Or, maybe your bathroom or kitchen needs to be updated. Our team can help you with any of these projects to make your house match your life.
Concierge
For several of our customers, we continue to provide ongoing maintenance services years after they build their home. Want to add a custom storage solution or changed your mind about the paint color in a bedroom? With a concierge contract, you have ongoing access to our network of tradespeople. With one phone call, you can take these items off of your to do list. For those who build a new home with us, you receive one year free concierge service.
